Looking at this now makes me so sad… the idea that I could wear a dress without any sweater/jacket/tights is so UNFAIR. That is mostly because I am extremely cold 24/7 in Scotland. I just think I like summer the very best - it is so nice and warm and carefree. Well in reality I really don't mind jackets and boots, fall style seems to always be chic. I have a total obsession with the equestrian meets lumberjack style, flannel, knits and tall boots are just so easy. Hopefully I will be able to show off some of those ensembles soon!
Although this get-up doesn't have anything to do fall fashion i thought I would share anyway (however many months late!).
Happy Halloween/October/Almost Winter! :S

  8. I love this vintage dress with, especially the pretty hemline! Thanks for agreeing with me that an oversize knit and tall boots are the best fall uniform :) I loved that you said "equestrian meets lumberjack" style in your previous post haha- that sums it up perfectly! I am totally going to follow your blog, I visited Scotland when i was little and still have crazy memories of the haunted Borthwick castle! I cannot wait to see more!
    Have a great day!

  9. Its definitely a nice dress. It does have a vintage feel. If you like you can add a cropped denim jacket if it gets chilly. Still, just love the dress.
